Grand Master’s Proclamation Rescinding Mandatory COVID-19 Protocols

The Constituent Lodges of the Grand Lodge of Texas and their members:

1. Shall abide by and follow all COVID-19 prevention orders and regulations issued by
   federal, state, county, city, and local authorities for individuals, businesses, and other
   establishments having jurisdiction over the lodge or member.
2. Should follow, but are not required to follow, all COVID-19 health recommendations
   issued by federal, state, county or local governing authorities having jurisdiction over the lodge
   or member.
3. Each Constituent Lodge of the Grand Lodge of Texas may adopt such rules and
   regulations as may be necessary and reasonable to ensure its members and visitors comply with
   COVID-19 prevention orders, regulations, and recommendations issued by federal, state, county
   or local governing authorities having jurisdiction over the lodge or member.

This Proclamation supersedes the Proclamation issued on January 27th and is effective
from and after the date indicated below and shall remain in full force and effect until withdrawn,
modified, superseded, or rendered moot by installation of a succeeding Grand Master.
