The only child of Vernon and Betty Reaves, Randon grew up in the Memorial area of Houston. Upon graduating from Spring Branch High School, Randon immediately entered the United States Army where he proudly served in the 2nd Bn 5th Cav, 1st Air Cavalry Division. After leaving the engineering field Randon entered the Real Estate industry as an investor, accumulating and managing his own portfolio of investment properties.
